Wall mounted electric fire with crystal and log effect included within the box. Safety thermal cut-off device (to prevent overheating). Easy to fit - simply mount the bracket on the wall (few screws), then the fire slots onto this - really simple or can be inserted into a hole for flush mounting.

Space between the fire and the edge of the glass to put a plug socket to hide any wires. Detailed fitting instructions with illustrations in manual - Can be emailed to you. FREE LOGS AND DECORATIVE CRYSTALS. Please note the bracket is included at the back of the fire which needs unscrewing at the top, then installing to the wall.

After this process you can attach the fire on to the bracket. Its a simple installation process. All installation instructions are included in the manual within the box supplied.

You will receive a despatch notification when your order ships. All items delivered damaged you must notify us within 48hrs. Larger faulty items will be collected free of charge by our own courier, upon prior arrangement. After 30 days of receipt of the item, if the it develops a fault, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Velvet - it is impossible to prevent pressure marks in velvet.

If the pile does become crushed, the angle of pile alters, which may result in areas of pile appearing lighter or darker in shade. During time pile may relax and lift. If any pressure marks continue to persist, a light steaming or gentle brushing in the direction of the pile will also be beneficial. This is a natural characteristic of velvet and not a manufacturers fault.
