Like Inset Fires and Electric Stoves are sent with TNT, this can take 1 or 2 days to arrive depending on location. Pallets take 2 days or more depending on location. Collection orders can often be picked up the same day!

We try to work with any customer if needed and solve any issue including providing a spare part. Any product you return must be in the same unused and uninstalled condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt or paperwork.

This is due to TNT and our pallet courier UPN not doing collections from our warehouse between these dates. Please allow for this when placing orders. Please note TNT orders (inset fires and stoves) will arrive on the 30th and 31st of December, Friday the 1st is a bank holiday and there will be no deliveries.

Normal deliveries may be as late as Monday the 4th of Jan depending on your location. Pallet deliveries of fire surrounds and fire suites with UPN / for orders between Dec 23rd and Tuesday 28th will not arrive until 31st or 4th of Jan.
