Larger faulty items will be collected free of charge by our own courier, upon prior arrangement. After 30 days of receipt of the item, if the it develops a fault, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Velvet - it is impossible to prevent pressure marks in velvet. If the pile does become crushed, the angle of pile alters, which may result in areas of pile appearing lighter or darker in shade. During time pile may relax and lift. If any pressure marks continue to persist, a light steaming or gentle brushing in the direction of the pile will also be beneficial. This is a natural characteristic of velvet and not a manufacturers fault.
