Replaces Okin Model Okimat 2, 3, 6 and other Okin Dewert double Actuator Motor DC Double Drive Dual Hospital Bed Motor with Wire Hand Control, for Fully electric Bed (Head, Feet, and Entire Bed Move Up and Down). The center to center distance between the two mounting bars on Okin motors is 581mm.

Length x width x height: 708 mm x 118 mm x 165 mm. This is the most common Okin bed actuator for beds that use a wired hand control, and this kit includes both the Okimat actuator.

This actuator has two sections, one for the head and one for the foot. It has a power cord that plugs into the wall, and a five (5) pin female socket that the hand control plugs into. PLEASE NOTE: the motor itself is designed for a hand control that has a cord; it is not designed for adjustable beds with wireless controls. If any questions at all, please let us kno.
