Fire includes a 7 day timer, which allows you to set two periods of operation per day. Remote controlled - Remote included! 10 Different LED Flame colours to select from. Option for heat and flame or flame only. LEDs you never need to change a bulb.

Can be wall mounted or inserted using the FREE fixing bracket leaving a small part of the fire out of the wall. Electric fire with FREE crystals and log effect included within the box. Safety thermal cut-off device (to prevent overheating). Temperature can be set between 17 and 30 degrees. Space between the fire and the edge of the glass to put a plug socket to hide any wires.

After this process you can attach the fire on to the bracket. It's a simple installation process. All installation instructions are included in the manual within the box supplied.

All items delivered damaged you must notify us within 48hrs. Larger faulty items will be collected free of charge by our own courier, upon prior arrangement. After 30 days of receipt of the item, if the it develops a fault, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Velvet - it is impossible to prevent pressure marks in velvet. If the pile does become crushed, the angle of pile alters, which may result in areas of pile appearing lighter or darker in shade. During time pile may relax and lift. If any pressure marks continue to persist, a light steaming or gentle brushing in the direction of the pile will also be beneficial. This is a natural characteristic of velvet and not a manufacturers fault.
